Hi! I'm Wendy Brubaker and I grew up next to the Proctor Store/Post Office. The marker on this map is Not correct. The Proctor Store/Post Office WAS, (it is no longer there) located at the turn off of "Brubaker Ln." On the Map off of Brubaker Ln., right as you take the turn was located at the little loop there just off of Brubaker Ln. Growing up the owners were Ormand and Pat Eastmen. Wonderful people!! They had a little out house outside by the side of The Store/Post Office, because the store didn't have a bathroom, or running water. They Had a sign on the Out House that read: "His'n or Her'n for Your'n", I didn't understand it when I was younger but as I got older I finally "got" it. I thought it was pretty cool!!
